What good free spy ware and virus programs are there? ?
Hi, im looking for a good and free spy ware and virus protector i can download.
I have used AVG Anti Virus, Zone Alarm Firewall, Spy-bot Search and Destroy a spyware killer for years. I have recently added superantispyware. They are all free for personal use and I have had no trouble with Viruses Trojans Hackers etc. I have just upgraded to AVG free 8.0 and all seems good so far. Zone Alarm allows a lot of personal configuration unlike the Windows Firewall. They can all be downloaded from http://www.download.com/ I also use Windows Defender from the Microsoft site. It is safe to use two anti-spy products but never use more than one A/V as it can cause conflicts. You should run A/V and anti spy weekly. Hope this helps

The game targets the lower body, the upper body, and even gives a good cardio workout. As the workout progresses you will feel the difference compared to the previous day’s workout. There are definite results that can be obtained by using this.
FIFA 10 is rated as one of the top games of this century. Its graphics are something that definitely has to be mentioned. It is so realistic, and the ball graphics blow you away. This edition of the game gives you the ability to do a dribbling system, and you would also notice the slight changes on how a defensive line is formed. There are many new features in this game compared to the FIFA 09. This not only makes it something to look forward to, but at the same time something to be proud of owning. One of the biggest changes that you would appreciate is the management; you get an all-new staff upgrade at the same time.
The third game that is worth mentioning is Cate West. The Nintendo games Wii is something that has more than one development at a time and is something that you would not want to miss. This game is one that has an entire police force amazed at the fact that files go missing. The aim of Cate West, which is the character that you become is for you to try and solve the unsolvable. There are some great scenic locations that can be found in this game. It is suggested that you try this and see how far you can progress. This game is known to be one that is highly addictive, so be careful! You might never want to go and sleep, or do anything else for that matter!

roms are never freeware, you have to legally OWN the actual game before you can download an image of it.
even then the law is kinda uncertain.
the desmume emulator isnt really that complete, so even if you did own the game and got a good rom image, you wouldnt get a good experience.
